Donna Lloyd of Frenchtown Elected to Foundation Board

The Harrison County Community Foundation board on Dec. 1 elected Donna Lloyd of Frenchtown to the board to fill the vacancy created by the death of Herb Gettelfinger, who died in July. "I am very excited to be a part of this organization and am looking forward to working with the staff and board of directors," Lloyd said. "It is a wonderful opportunity."

Lloyd is a 2001 graduate of Indiana University Southeast with a bachelor"s degree in accounting. She earned her master of taxation last year from the University of Denver. She is an accountant with Carpenter, Mountjoy & Bessler in Louisville.


Lloyd has two daughters, Chelsey, 11, and Lindsey, 9. She is a member of Unity Chapel United Methodist Church.


Harrison County residents are elected to the 21-member board to serve three-year terms. Individuals interested in serving on the Foundation board are encouraged to call the office at 738-6668 to ask for an application packet.
