Community Foundation Details Scholarship Plan
The Harrison County Community Foundation announced yesterday that $200,000 would be earmarked for scholarships this year for graduating high school seniors. The amount, which will be split among the county’s four public high schools, is $50,000 more than the foundation provided for scholarships last year. Based on the number of seniors attending each school last month, Lanesville will get $17,200; South Central, $26,800; Corydon Central; $77,000; and North Harrison, $79,000.
