The Crandall Masonic Lodge 591 recently created a memorial scholarship fund at the Harrison County Community Foundation.
The Crandall Masonic Lodge 591 Josh Beanblossom Memorial Scholarship Fund will provide scholarship support to graduating

seniors of South Central Junior-Senior High School where Joshua J. Beanblossom was a student. The first of these scholarships

will be awarded to the Class of 2007.

Beanblossom, a native of Laconia, was born Jan. 25, 1989, the son of Glenn and Tammy Beanblossom. He had one sister, Felicia.

He was active in Harrison County 4-H for six years as a member of the Kornfield County Kids 4-H Club.
“He was skilled in building beautiful furniture,” said his father. He loved to play video games, go bowling, fishing, and he enjoyed

movies and amusement parks.”

“Josh was a kind-hearted person that would do anything for anybody,” said his mother. “Josh is missed very much by his family

and friends.”

Joshua Beanblossom died Nov. 23, 2005, in an automobile accident at the age of 16.

His father is an active member of Crandall Masonic Lodge 591, which was chartered in 1893.“Freemasonry, being a

benevolent, charitable, educational and religious fraternity, is always striving to make a positive difference in the community

and is proud to be able to assist with this scholarship,” said Jeremy Leffler, Master of the Lodge, which currently has 106 members.
