Kraft Heads HCCF Board in '05

Jane Kraft of Corydon has been elected to serve
as president of the Harrison County Community Foundation for 2005. Kraft has
served on the HCCF Board since January 2000.
"I want to congratulate Jane on her election.
I am looking forward to working with her throughout 2005," said outgoing
president Gordon Pendleton.
Kraft also chairs the board of Blue River Services Inc. and she's an active member of the Corydon Rotary Club for which she is a board member and past president. She's on the board for the Harrison Education and Literacy Program and is a member of Southern Indiana Women in Philanthropy. She is a past member of the Metro United Way Advisory Board, Community Investment Cabinet, and Community Investment Team.
She received a Golden Leaf Volunteer Award in
2001 for her work with Harrison Education and Literacy and was a member of the
1996 class of Leadership Harrison County.
Kraft earned a bachelor's degree in psychology
from the University of Louisville in 1972 and a master's in rehabilitation counseling
from the
University of Kentucky in 1974. She moved to Corydon in 1989.
She has two sons, Nicholas, a doctoral candidate
at Clemson University, and Charlie, a student at Indiana University Southeast
in New Albany.
