About Tad Myer
Tad Myer is an accomplished attorney focusing on health care, taxation, nonprofit organizations, and general business law. He recently served as the Co-Chair of the Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP's Health Care Service Team.  Tad has extensive experience in the areas of health care organizations, including hospitals and physician practices, tax-exempt organizations, small business and joint ventures.  His academic credentials include a magna cum laude B.A. from Cornell University in 1976 and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina in 1980. Admitted to practice in Kentucky, Tad has garnered numerous honors throughout his career, such as being recognized in Woodward/White’s The Best Lawyers in America® for Health Care Law and Tax Law from 2001 to 2021 and being named Best Lawyers® Louisville Health Care Law "Lawyer of the Year" in 2010 and 2019. In addition, his professional journey includes roles such as Adjunct Professor of Health Law at the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, General Counsel at Norton Healthcare, and Attorney-Advisor at the United States Tax Court. Tad's exceptional expertise and accolades make him an esteemed authority in law.
